Airborne school at Fort Benning?

My boyfriend is leaving AIT Thursday to go to Fort Benning, Ga. There he will be doing airborne and I was just wondering if on the weekends he gets to stay the night a way from base? I live 4 hours a way and was going to get us a hotel the second week he is in, and I was just wondering if he would be able to stay the night. He is going to ask when he gets there but I was hoping to find out now. lol, Thank you! He is a 68W by the way!
