Will a raw fruit/veggie or juice detox help get birth control out of my system?

I only got 2 depo shots and three months after the last one started to try to conceive. It's been over a year now, half the time spent getting my "cycle" every other week and half the time with no "cycle" at all but negative pregnancy tests. My doctor says she's not sure what is going on with my body but it seems like it's just the depo shot and I'll have to wait it out. Will a detox bought help get the birth control out of my system? Any other recommendations?
