Who do you report new tattoos to in the army?

Wait one question:? You havent gone to basic training yet:? And you got a tattoo:? If your in dep that can be a huge problem becaus your not suppose to be getting tattoos bcause they say things about infection and things they can kick you out of dep meaning out of the military so hopefully their linient and if you already went to basic you dont have to tell anyone
