How do i disable Internet explorer's security scan ?

They have a security scan ( After every file you've downloaded and they would delete it if it contained a virus ) I want to download a file ( it's safe ! It's MY file ) and it keeps deleting it .. UGHH ... The same happens for my other browsers ! How do i disable that stupid scan ?
