Eye exam at army bct reception?

i have a lazy eye its my left eye,its not fixable.i went to meps and i cheated on the eye exam when i put my head in the eye exam machine i just turned my head a little and read off the letters using only my right eye.i was wondering if they use an eye chart or the same eye exam machine as they do at meps......im deploying to fort benning Georgia if that makes any diff plzzz help me out thanks
