Switching recruiters on army DEP?

Ok so I started the enlistement process back in like november 2010 in a town about 100 miles outside of phoenix with a recruiter there.. finally got through meps and finished my contract and swore in in late feb. Shipping august 29 ft benning. Since then, over three months ago, my recruiter has not contacted me once. And when I try to get ahold of him he never answers or returns my calls.. and I now live in phoenix and am too far to just pop into his office. So basically im woundering if while on DEP can I just go to an office down here to get help from a recruiter who is actually doing his job correctly.. I don't mean to bi*ch and moan but it'd be nice to have an idea of what the fu*k is going on.. thanks
