You still be able to get out of the Army contract; but I'd suggest you to talk with a Navy Recruiter before you go through with it. You need to be eligible and qualified before you can get a Navy EOD Challenge Contract, and I don't know how the Navy EOD's Interview Board would feel about this (getting out of Army contract).
