Do I have an yeast infection? How to cure it?

Ok so I'm 13 and I'm NOT sexually active (female) for the past months ive been having cottage like discharge with a fishy odor and my vagina has been itching for weeks now it doesn't hurt to use the bathroom or anything but it's annoying and discusting .... I told my mom and she just said to wash myself down there but it's been like this and I've had discharge around my labia ... (plz don't bs grossed out ) and I don't know y!? I'm 99% sure I have a yeast infection but idk and what is some medicine I can take ? I don't want to go to the doctors again I just went today for pink eye ughh :( I don't want to pay more than $30 so yea ...... I want to get rid of it within 5-7 days if possible thanks :) no mean comments plz oh and don't forget I don't want antibiotics or a doc app :P
