Figure skating tests..im being driven nuts. help?

last session i passed basic 5, the coach said after next session i'd probably be basic 8. then two weeks ago i asked my private lesson coach and she agreed, saying i could pass basic 8. evluation day comes and my coach is not there. i get evaluated by another coach. this coach only tests me on basic 6. im very angry now. i txt my coach and tell her bc i was only tested on six i think i only passed six and she says 'ooh thats normal maybe you just need more lessons per week and more practice! you can do it!" & i respond "but you told me i could pass basic 8..lol" and she doesnt answer. mind you- i take a private lesson, a group lesson, and practice atleast 5x a week. so now im pissed so my dad calls the rink saying the girl only tested me on 6. the director says ooh its okay youre coach will do the evaluation so im like pheww. ill be freestyle. i ge the results, only passed basic 6. i started crying. i was worried what my dad would have to say and i was upset with myself bc i had been working so hard and i knew i knew everything. right now my private lessons coach is in hawaii. i really do not know what to do. please help? & i'd also like to say that when i asked my coach what skates to buy she didnt know..she had to ask the pro shop..and every week she teaches me the same thing in private lessons.. she never remembers, so i dont know what to do. should i call the rink and get reevaluated? should i fire my coach? i dont know what to do! but i have formed a bond with my coach shes like one of my friends..ughh help!
