I've got about a year to train up my body before I ship off to Basic at Ft. Benning.. I know that I should be worried about doing that first, but I'm going into this with an 11x option 40 contract, and I want to be as prepared for RASP as I can. I'm already in pretty good shape- I'm not totally out of shape so don't take this that way- Right now I'm 5'8, 135 pounds, with 10% body fat. So, any suggestions? Thanks in advance if you can answer this.
