How can I get my darker blue hair too a teal/green color?

I dyed my really blonde hair with Cyan RAW hair dye. I left it in for about 20 minutes. I was supposed to be a cyan/teal color.. But its a dark blue. :c Is there anyway I cant get it to fade or change into the color it was supposed to be? Its Demi-perminate hair dye. Please help !
