I don't like my boyfriend but can't break up with him?

Okay well he is the complete opposite of guys I usually date. I usually date guys at least 3 years older than me, I date the dominant take charge alpha male type of guy, the popular athlectic gangzta boys. But my boyfriend? He's only a month older. He's kinda chubby, he's not that cute, he's a pushover, he's too nice and clingy, he says I love you every 5 seconds and we've only been dating for a week. And he's just , I don't know, boring. He has one word text replies unless he's telling me how perfect I am, we hardly have anything to do when we hang out, all he wants to do is kiss me, and he said he wasn't ready to lose his virginity yet but I took it anyway, but I regret it. I think the only reason I went out with him is because he was the first guy who came along after my last boyfriend who I really loved left me. I have no idea what to do with him, I don't want to be with him, but I don't want to be single either or break his heart. He's coming over in 30 minutes... Ughh help me?!
