Is my fiance guaranteed leave time after graduation?

I'm worried because my fiance graduates from Army OSUT @ Benning at the end of July & we're supposed to get married the 1st week of August. Can they send him straight to his 1st station after graduation or are they guaranteed some time between? Also, how much time do they get after graduating...2 weeks??? Thank you!!!
