Questions about Army jump school Fort Benning?

Will my husband (who's going to jump school in 2 weeks) be able to leave post after the days over? Or does he have to stay on post the whole two weeks? Im just trying to figure out if I should get a place to stay for those two weeks. Also, is it true that for graduation the guys parachute out of a plane!? Lol
