So you had some eggs, milk and toast? Add some fruit to that and you might have a decent breakfast. When you say "a bunch" what do you mean? A few slices or a loaf? Two fried eggs is about 180 calories. Lactaid at 90, and then let's say 4 slices of bread, and you're still at under 600 calories. Quit feeling guilty (and switch to whole grain wheat bread, it's better for you).
