Will you still get paid if you have to take a 30 day leave during ARMY basic training?

My husband is currently At Ft. Benning for his OSUT, he is in week 4. He had to have a bone scan done Wednesday June 8th, they think he has a stress factor to his right Shin. They told him he might have to take a 30 day leave then come back, the Drill Sgt's will have to talk and decided then if he will have to start back at week 1 or week 4. IF he dose have to take 30 day leave to heal will he still get paid?
