I feel like am going crazy!!!!?

to make a long story shorttt. last week on thursday i felt this weird sensation kind of like goosebump feeling on the right side of my head. i felt it twice then in a matter of minutes the right side of my face underneath my eyes my cheek felt tingly. my right ear was hot and red. then couple of hours later my neck and throat started to feel tingly and so did my right arm. i went to the doc the next day explained what happened and she thinks its stress and tension because ive also been having minor random pain on the left side of my head. that comes and goes. this past weekend i couldnt eat anything because i felt nervous all day. i would cry randomly especially when i would think of my husband because hes training at fort benning for the army. ive been feeling nervous these past few days because i dont know what is going on with me. the doc had my blood drawn and am waiting on results. today i started feeling this weird funny sensation all over my body. my face my head my arms my legs my fingers my shoulders my armpits including my eyes! my lips started to feel this sensation and then it started to burn. my legs have been feeling funny like when you get nervous. and now this sensation is startin to burn on my arms and shoulders and its getting itchy! my sister in law thinks i have anxiety. when i explained to the doctor the second time i saw her when i went to get my blood drawn i explained that i was feeling nervous and that i was crying she told me to call a psychiatrist because i may have anxiety! i only get a peace of mind when im going to sleep i wake up and start thinking about what could possibly be wrong wit me and my body starts feeling this funny tingly sensation that now burns! what is going on!?! am really freaking out!!! help please!!
