What is 11B OSUT like?

I am going to Fort Benning in August for 11b OSUT and just had some questions about it. How long is the 11B OSUT without counting reception. Are the first 3 phases similar to any other MOS's basic training? What are the black and gold phases like? How much freedom do you get during those phases? Also anything else I should expect would be great. Thanks
