I'm going to training in a few days and I want to just see what I'm up against. The biggest worry I have is the weather, because even though Im pretty fit and I can run a lot, I feel like I'm going to die from heat exhaustion haha. Since it's in Georgia. And after the training, am I going to be somewhat ripped? haha That's of course not why I'm going but it's always a plus. I'd figure since you do a lot of running, push ups sit ups and other activities.
